UCP is proudly boasting about being the first Automated Parking provider that offers a mobile app to control the entire parking and retrieval process.
The UCP’s app shares real-time parking status and retrieval time estimates. Users can utilize the app to call their vehicle while still at home/office, get a retrieval time estimate, and plan the pickup time accordingly. To further reduce the waiting time, the UCP app will enable users to schedule their retrieval time ahead. Users choose their preferred pickup time, and the automated parking system will deliver their car as requested. With the UCP app users can also pay for the parking and further save time and effort.
The UCP app provides a ‘valet’ experience without employing human valets and with the advantage of full visibilty and control of the entire parking process.

As part of UCP’s approach to continually enhance the user experience, the kiosks outside the bay rooms were upgraded to a new chic and trendy looking.
